The word literature is closely associated with creativity and inspiration, and is as varied as language itself.The Literary Club is a platform that connects people to themselves and to others. The club brings out the creativity and innovation.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF LITERARY CLUB:

• To develop the confidence and thought-provoking ideas.
• To give an identity for the students through unique and valuable social outlook
• To stand as the backbone of all the events conducted and responsible for editorial part
• To encourage students to become orators and display their intellectual, independent thinking skills and imbibe a sense of confidence.
• To develop excellent communication skills and teaches students to think spontaneously.
• Several events are organized to enhance the literary skills of students.
• To urge that every student gives their voluntary participation in the mission of beautifying the institution.

The club offers a publishing platform, to grandly establish the identity of the students by offering sunlight and water to the plant that is their literary potential and combining it with their unique and valuable social outlook to accomplish a highly extraordinary and meaningful effort. The variety offered by the club helps the students grow in many aspects of their lives.

ABOUT STUDENT ACTIVITY CENTRE (SAC)

SAC holds for “Student Activity Centre” It plays a significant role for the development of personal, career and organizing skills of the students and help to participate in the progress of the institute through interactive programs with the faculty, administration and the society.It encourages the innovative and creative skills of the junior scholars.

The council pledges helping the administration in prevention of ragging in the campus through proper counseling senior students and smooth conduction of student activities, annual day, sports day, graduation day, cultural and technical feast. SAC draws the attention of the administration to upgrade the student amenities required to mould them to the contemporary industrial revolution.

To be the In-charge of Literary Club is my honour and pride. The ambition of Literary Club is to help the students discover the broad light in them in which they enjoy the aesthetic beauty of life in the midst of science and technology. Hence its objective is to make the students feel the essence of knowledge and the joy it proffers to them. This provides a substantial and unflagging foundation to students to liberate their thoughts in the process of exploring the world beyond technology. The club offers students opportunities to enhance their creative and well as communication skills through manifold activities like KITS MUN, Dumb Charades, Drop box, Harry Potter Quiz, Weekly Wonders. Online Writing Competition,Swami Vivekananda Events, Poetry Reciting Competition.

I have invariably enjoyed the position as I have acquired assiduous members who have a burning desire to mellow the character of people by setting themselves as exemplary beings.The activities of the club are out and out based on “Inspiration for Aspiration.” Every member of the club possesses an amazing skill to motivate the students of the institute to exhibit their hidden talents and to help them to challenge the challenges with their potential. The General
Secretary and the Joint Secretaries of the club are the true strength of it. With their innovative ideas and vigorous participation of the Executive Members the club has been organizing umpteen events which are, beyond the question, worth preserving. On the whole the club strives hard to achieve its objective of orientating the students towards goals and to help them travel to their destination by obviating all impediments with vigour and fervor. I thank every member of the club for extending their full cooperation to me to highlight the purpose of the club. I am proud to assert that the club labours to bring realization among students that KNOWLEDGE IS POWER.
